There is so much to do in the Grangeville Idaho and surrounding region and we very much hope all of our guests enjoy not only the stay at Super 8 Motel Grangeville but also the area attractions and things to do in our big Central Idaho playground.

If you’re a history buff and enjoy the enriching cultures of not only the native people (Ni Mee Poo) but general history of the area, Lewis and Clark adventures, there is plenty to see here in the Grangeville area.

Florence, Idaho – 20 min out – site of Chinese Gold Rush of the 1800’s- Cemetery site – population of Florence went from 50 to 9000 people in one year.

**Fact:

the Salmon River is the 450 miles long and is the longest free flowing river found entirely within the boundaries of one state. The Salmon River flows through the 2nd deepest gorge into the Snake River drainage which is the deepest gorge in North America.
