Florence, Idaho – 20 min out – site of Chinese Gold Rush of the 1800’s- Cemetery site – population of Florence went from 50 to 9000 people in one year.

**Fact:

the Salmon River is the 450 miles long and is the longest free flowing river found entirely within the boundaries of one state. The Salmon River flows through the 2nd deepest gorge into the Snake River drainage which is the deepest gorge in North America.
